Owner

Xpedite Software Pty Ltd (an Australian company) is the owner. Copyright in the website, graphics, logos, programming, application workflow and database structures is vested in the owner.

Use of the service

Xpedite is designed for programmers to build mobile applications. The programmer is responsible for their own code. Xpedite staff are responsible for ensuring the Xpedite application operates according to the documentation.

You are allowed to use Xpedite for the purpose of developing a mobile application. Xpedite should not be used for any application that breaches the laws of the country in which it is operating. If Xpedite is misused or your application is deemed illegal then the right to use Xpedite can be withdrawn at the owner's sole discretion.

You will comply with all state and federal laws. You will not misuse anyone's copyright.

You may develop with Xpedite for as long as you wish, however the mobile application will feature the Xpedite logo and require the user to confirm the server URL. If you choose to purchase a subscription you will be provided with a mobile application containing your own logo and the server URL, both of which will be embedded in the mobile application. An invoice will be sent to you as the subscriber. You must pay this invoice within the allotted time frame. Failure to pay your invoice may result in your subscription being terminated and your mobile application being disabled.

Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time. You can do this by cancelling the subscription from within this website or you can do so by contacting our support staff.

Terminating a subscription does not necessarily imply you will receive any refund for the unused portion of your subscription, however depending on the circumstances this may be permitted.
